Term of Service
*All below may change if you have commercial commission
General TOS
❖ By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them, as well as no refund.
❖ I have the right of canceling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have proved to be troublesome in any way to me or other artists.
❖ (2D)Do not ask me to draw/modeling in a different style . If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.
❖ Once the picture/model is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) can be done for free. Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
❖ Commissioner may not resell the artwork itself or claim to have made it (Usage of it commercially, such as merch or promotional artwork, is valid as long as proper payment for it is issued) unless you pay for commercial (detail below).
❖ I have the right to post the artwork to an online portfolio, unless previously discussed.
❖ Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal details with third parties.
❖ The client can request a WIP picture at any time of the process.
2D
❖ The sketch will only be sent after the payment. I will not begin work until I am properly paid.
❖ Artwork received will contain a small signature, however the use of personal artwork for monetary gain is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule may result in legal action.
❖ Layered files and PSDs will not be included.
❖ After I send you the sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed. During the sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge you an extra fee per change.
❖ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.

❖ I need at least base concept sheet(front, side and back) to start modeling
❖ After I send you the final modeling, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed. During the modeling stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, or anything that makes me have to remodel parts of the file). After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or charge you an extra fee per change.
❖ In texturing stage,max change in detail are 3 time, any change in modeling will cost extra. Make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
❖ Artwork received will contain a small signature, however the use of personal artwork for monetary gain is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule may result in legal action.
❖ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.

❖ As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example: Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project) after finishing the commission
❖ You are NOT ALLOWED to:
➤ Change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
➤ Take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.
Commercial Use, Payment and Refund
1x price
❖For non-commercial use, meaning the drawing won't generate you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment (such as icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal devianArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy)). Artworks in this tier will, obligatorily, contain a watermark. Artworks in this tier shall never, under any circumstance, be used for any amount of monetary gain. Breaking this rule may result in legal action.
❖ In case of commissions for personal use; If you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet there'll be an extra fee of 50% of the total price.
3x price
Commercial use. When the artwork will generate you profit in any way, shape or form, be it indirectly, such as promotional material, CD covers, game assets, social media artworks, or directly, such as body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc. Artworks in this tier can have my watermark removed and sold as merchandise.
❖ I require 50% payment before I start the artwork.
❖ Payments will be made through Paypal and in Dollars (USD) unless I give you other instructions. If you don't know how much prices are in your currency you may use this converter. I will request payment to your Paypal address through an invoice. This is to avoid accidental transactions.
❖ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch/modeling. Once I have started the sketch/modeling there will be no refunds.
❖ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
❖ If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your username and details about the case will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
